At BEXAR Goods Co. we stand for quality and craftsmanship. Our products are guranteed against defects in materials and craftsmanship for ONE year from the date of purchase. Warranty covers manufacturers defects and/or defective leather or canvas. It does not cover neglect, misuse, staining, or the natural patina process.
:: Returns ::
We hope that this never happens, but in the event that you're unhappy with one of our products, we'll gladly issue a refund for the purchase price of the item if it is returned in new condition within 30 days of the purchase date. The buyer is responsible for all shipping fees.
If our product is the wrong size for you, we will exchange it for the correct product within 14 business days of the purchase date. The original item must be returned in like new condition. The buyer is responsible for all shipping fees.
