Made from Wax Buttero Leather from a tannery based in Italy. The ghost finish is a white wax finish that will wear and patina over time exposing a more beautiful color beneath. You can buff with a cloth to remove some of the finish to get just the right look you want to start with or you can start from scratch. There may be some marks in the white coatings, but over time they will blend in beautifully with the color of the rest of the wallet. 

This veg tan leather is top grade, it is full grain and has a nice balance between supple and firm. The firmness will make for a sturdier wallet that will break in and soften over time . It is certainly the most ambitious leather we have used to date. To tell a story with your wallet, the Ghost wallet would undoubtedly be the right author of that story.
