Bexar Movie Club About us

The Bexar Movie Club started with a passion for collecting films on 16mm and a desire to share this unique format with friends and others in the community. But we are more than just a group of film enthusiasts. Our club serves as a platform for creating a positive impact in the community through collective efforts to give back.

As a leather goods company, we have found a way to bring together our love for film and crafting beautiful leather goods. We showcase all the movies from our personal collection of 16mm film, and we host our screenings in our Bexar Goods workshop.

Our group events are mostly word of mouth, but we also post on social media to spread the word about our events. All of our screenings are free and privately hosted at our workshop, providing a unique atmosphere that fosters friendships and connections.

At the Bexar Movie Club, we offer more than just movie screenings. We always have an interactive pre-show that features music, food, and snacks. But we don't stop there. We pair movies with retro video games that fit perfectly with the movie's theme or era.

Above all, we love to laugh and get together to enjoy each other's company in a unique atmosphere while meeting new people and making new friends. But more importantly, we want to make a positive impact in our community.
