The Fuel

Through all the miles, the sweat and the exhaustion, it’s important to refuel the body with natural foods and whole ingredients. Working all day long I often don’t have time to eat full meals so the best and most delicious replacement is a smoothie. Since getting a Vitamix I’ve been so jazzed to make smoothies. Here’s a list of some of the ingredients I like to use to make my smoothies out of:
